Goal Grinders, Inc. is a non-profit 501C3 organization dedicated to providing educational enrichment opportunities and programs for minority and at-risk middle and high school teens. 

The programs we develop focus on mentorship, leadership, personal development, entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM), and other critical components that help develop well rounded students. Goal Grinders, Inc. is committed to providing a safe, fun, and nurturing atmosphere. Goal Grinders, Inc. uses creative teaching strategies and innovative learning models that enrich students’ experiences and promote their success.  Goal Grinders, Inc. aims to provide children with an environment where they can grow, explore, learn, build confidence and self-esteem, and most importantly have fun while learning essential skills.

Its Mission is to provide entrepreneurial, leadership, personal development, and educational opportunities to children and youth in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM). In addition to providing enrichment in the areas of psychoeducation (social & emotional behaviors), self-empowerment, peer-to-peer relations, and appropriate school functioning behaviors through leadership and empowerment training.
