It’s often been said that if we’re truly fortunate into our lives will come a truly remarkable teacher that impacts our lives fundamentally and changes us for the better. Such dedication and love for people can be seen in every aspect of Beverly Kirby’s life, both personally and professionally. This attitude guided this Board Certified Behavior Analyst to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and a Master’s of Science in Special Education from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. After working with children with disabilities in hospital, clinical and school settings, the native Washingtonian was inspired to co-found the multi-million dollar organization The S.P.A.R.K.S. Group, LLC, which specializes in delivering exceptional home-based services to children on the Autism Spectrum and their families. Following the successful sale of SPARKS, Beverly moved on to establish TeamABA, LLC. TeamABA utilizes the science of behavior analysis to improve the performance of athletes of all ages and skill levels.

In addition to these professional accomplishments, Beverly excitedly brings her expertise to Goal Grinders, Inc. In her role as Assistant Program Director, Beverly seeks to enrich her commitment to helping the children of Goal Grinders, Inc overcome their limitations to become the best that they can be.
